L'inscription au congrès est obligatoire pour tous les participants via l'onglet "REGISTRATION" du site. Vous trouverez les différents tarifs du congrès se trouve dans l'onglet "REGISTRATION FEES".

Registration is mandatory for all participants via the "REGISTRATION" tab. You will find the list of registration fees under the "REGISTRATION FEES" tab.

Afin de pouvoir vous inscrire et déposer vos abstracts, une inscription préliminaire (gratuite) sur le site de sciencesconf.org est nécessaire. (Cette inscription se sera demandée lors de votre dépôt d'abstract ou inscription)

In order to register and submit your abstract, you will first have to create a free account on sciencesconf.org. (This account creation will appear upon abstract submission/registration).

Le dépôt d'abstracts et l'inscription au congrès sont 2 étapes indépendantes. Vous pouvez déposer vos abstracts dans un premier temps, et vous inscrire plus tard (si vous souhaitez attendre une réponse concernant votre abstract avant de vous inscrire)

Abstract submission and registration can be done separately. Therefore, you can submit your abstract first, and then register (if you are waiting for the acceptance of your abstract before to register for example).

L'inscription au congrès se terminera par le paiement en ligne de vos frais d'inscription. Le paiement se fera exclusivement par carte de crédit. Aucun autre moyen de paiement ne sera accepté, et aucun remboursement ne sera effectué après votre inscription.

All registration fees will be paid online, by credit card, at the end of the registration. Therefore, make sure you will attend the conference before to register. No other type of payments will be accepted, and no refund will be done after registration.
